What is the minimum order and are quantity discounts available?
You can order just one product if that is all you need. Our products are wholesale-priced, and therefore quantity discounts are not available outside of significant orders (over $1,000.00). In order to receive a discount on any order, you must request the discount from your representative.
Are other products available that are not listed on the website?
We can accommodate certain special product requests. The most important factor is that the product is printable. Just because a product can be screen printed does not mean that it can be heat pressed. Contact your representative for special requests.
What is the difference between a ladies and a juniors cut?
A juniors cut is much more slim than a ladies cut. Juniors shirts are typically a petite cut for younger or smaller women.
What happens if a garment is out-of-stock?
At this time, our site is unable to indicate if a certain garment is out-of-stock at the time of order. If we receive an order and determine that the product is out-of-stock, then we will contact you immediately with possible solutions.
What is the difference between good, better, and best t-shirts?
The “best” and “better” t-shirts are typically softer and lighter than our “good” t-shirts. However, the “good” shirts have a much wider array of colors available. Obviously, the “best” t-shirts are more expensive than the “better,” and in turn the “good” t-shirts. We highly recommend that you offer “better” or “best” t-shirts, as shirt quality is extremely important to the modern consumer. Also, it is important to keep in mind, the higher quality the shirt is, the better the print on it will be.
What brands should I use?
There are four brands that we recommend: Gildan, Port & Company, District, and Sport Tek. Our Gildan and Port & Company products feel and fit almost identically. The major difference between the two is that their colors are slightly different hues. District shirts are typically higher quality and softer than Gildan and Port & Company products. Our Sport Tek products are primarily polyester, moisture-wicking performance materials.
